Denholm Energy Services is a leading international service provider to the energy sector, and we are currently seeking hardworking and reliable Industrial Operatives to join our expanding team in Accrington. As an Industrial Operative, you will play a vital role in maintaining the operational efficiency and integrity of our client sites, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest industry standards while adhering to rigorous health and safety protocols.

• Perform various manual and technical tasks to support industrial operations and site maintenance.
• Operate specialized industrial equipment and machinery in accordance with training and safety guidelines.
• Assist in the cleaning, decontamination, and preparation of industrial workspaces and equipment.
• Collaborate effectively with the wider site team to ensure project timelines and quality benchmarks are met.
• Conduct routine inspections of tools and equipment to ensure they are in safe, working order.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to minimize hazards and maximize productivity.
• Follow all Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) strictly to ensure a zero-harm workplace.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the Site Supervisor immediately.

• Previous experience working in an industrial, construction, or energy sector environment is highly preferred.
• A strong commitment to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards.
• Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions and industrial settings.
• The ability to work well as part of a team and follow detailed technical instructions.
• Excellent punctuality, reliability, and a proactive attitude toward work.
• Relevant certifications such as CSCS, confined space entry, or manual handling are advantageous but not always essential.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interface professionally with colleagues and clients.
