About the Role

At LaunchBrightly, we are on a mission to automate the process of capturing and enhancing SaaS product screenshots. As an Implementation Specialist, you will become an integral member of a 10-person team, focusing on creating Screenshot Automation Recipes to ensure customer help centers stay visually accurate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain large volumes of Screenshot Automation Recipes across customer environments using internal tools.
  • Translate real-world product UIs into reliable, repeatable automation workflows.
  • Continuously improve the quality, consistency, and resilience of recipes.
  • Act as a frontline QA partner, identifying bugs, edge cases, and inconsistencies.
  • Use Browser DevTools, lightweight scripting, and Postman to diagnose and validate frontend behavior.
  • Identify friction in the implementation workflow and suggest improvements to the product experience.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and the DOM, including element manipulation.
  • Ability to inspect, debug, and clearly document frontend behavior using browser dev tools.
  • Experience working with APIs, specifically using Postman for consuming and commenting on internal APIs.
  • High attention to detail and a bias toward quality and correctness.
  • Excellent written communication skills suited for an asynchronous, remote-first environment.
Bonus Points
  • Experience in QA, product operations, or implementation-heavy roles.
  • Previous work contributing to product design decisions or UX improvements.
  • Experience writing detailed technical tickets or specs for engineering teams.
What We Offer
  • Remote-first culture prioritizing asynchronous communication and 'no meetings.'
  • Flexible working hours and locations focused on outcomes.
  • Annual team meetups in New York City.
  • Choice of technical setup and equipment.
