You will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, leveraging your project management expertise and healthcare industry knowledge to ensure our software delivers maximum value from day one.

You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of customer implementation projects, from initial onboarding and complex system configuration to leading the project through a successful Go-Live phase. Key Responsibilities- Take complete ownership of customer implementation projects from the initial Kick-Off meeting through to Go-Live, ensuring all tasks are executed efficiently and timelines are strictly met.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including detailed project plans, recurring status reports, and user guides to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate deeply with customers to understand their specific operational requirements and clinical objectives, translating them into appropriate product configurations and optimized workflows.
- Lead comprehensive training sessions for customers, focusing on software proficiency, industry best practices, and maximizing the utility of the Dossier platform.
- Establish and maintain strong, effective relationships with key stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the entire implementation process.
- Coordinate collaboratively with internal product, engineering, and support teams to meet project milestones and resolve technical hurdles.
- Ensure a smooth and professional transition from the implementation phase to the Customer Success team, providing all necessary context for long-term account health.
- Proactively identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure consistent project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Bachelors degree required; a degree or specialization in Nursing Informatics is considered a significant advantage.
- A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in software implementation, technical project management, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
- Prior experience working within a healthcare setting or a health IT environment is strongly preferred, with an understanding of hospital organizational structures.
- Demonstrated proficiency in project management methodologies and the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions to complex configuration challenges.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to remain resilient and focused in a fast-paced environment.
