About the Role

Intellum is the global leader in corporate education technology, powering the most successful learning programs for iconic brands such as Google, Meta, Amazon, and TikTok. As an Implementation Project Manager, you will step into a high-impact, client-facing role that transcends traditional PMO governance. You will be the primary architect of the customer onboarding experience, guiding global enterprises through complex technical implementations, platform configurations, and strategic integrations. This is a critical position within our Professional Services team, designed for a professional who thrives at the intersection of technical strategy, project leadership, and customer success.

• Lead multiple end-to-end implementation projects simultaneously, overseeing the journey from initial kickoff to successful platform delivery.
• Drive high-quality project execution by establishing comprehensive project plans, tracking milestones, and proactively mitigating technical or timeline risks.
• Act as the primary technical consultant for clients, translating complex business requirements into scalable platform configurations and integration workflows.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless internal alignment and long-term customer health.
• Coordinate both internal and client-side resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with desired business outcomes.
• Conduct post-project debriefs and data-driven analysis to continuously improve implementation methodologies and the overall customer experience.
• Maintain deep platform expertise to provide authoritative guidance on technical decisions, integrations, and product best practices.

• Proven experience in a client-facing SaaS implementation, technical project management, or professional services role.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate complex concepts related to APIs, integrations, and platform architecture.
• Exceptional project management skills, including mastery of project software, risk management, and resource allocation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-profile enterprise stakeholders and navigate complex organizational structures.
• Superior communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead effective meetings for both technical and executive audiences.

• Experience in Education Technology (EdTech) or Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a significant plus.
