About the Role

The Imaging Research and Development Associate will assist with providing the Clinical Project Management, Data Management and Medical Leadership teams with medical, scientific, and operational advice/support for Central Image Management Solution (CIMS) clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Trials Management Support (30-40%): Act as a point of contact for internal and external teams regarding medical/scientific issues in central reading. Lead the development of project-specific Image Review Charters and Central Reader Variability Monitoring documentation.
  • Central Reading Processes Support (30-40%): Develop training materials for scoring and imaging systems. Monitor central reader quality and analyze statistical data outputs to identify trends or issues.
  • Process/Product Design and Improvements (10-20%): Collaborate cross-functionally to evaluate and implement new imaging technologies and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Research and Development (10-20%): Assist in developing Alimentiv’s standards for imaging and study design, contributing to continuous organizational improvement through information sharing and education.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree, with a specialization in Health/Life Sciences, Clinical Research, or Medical Imaging preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent learning agility and the ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations.
