About the Role

Odixcity Consulting is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Illustrator to join our growing design team in a fully remote capacity. As a visual storyteller, you will play a pivotal role in defining our brand's aesthetic and communicating complex ideas through engaging, high-quality illustrations that resonate with our global audience. We are seeking a professional who can bridge the gap between abstract concepts and stunning visual reality, ensuring that every piece of art aligns with our strategic objectives and elevates our overall brand identity.

• Conceptualize and create original illustrations for a variety of digital assets, including website graphics, social media content, marketing campaigns, and presentation materials.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams to understand project briefs and translate requirements into compelling visual narratives.
• Develop consistent visual styles and character designs that align with the brand guidelines of Odixcity Consulting and its diverse portfolio of clients.
• Refine and iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders, ensuring the final output meets quality standards and project deadlines.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new software developments, and emerging illustration techniques to keep our visual content fresh and competitive.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously from initial sketch to final production, ensuring high-resolution delivery across various formats.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative ideas for visual storytelling and brand evolution.

• Proven experience as a professional Illustrator, Graphic Designer, or in a similar creative role with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse styles.
• Expert-level proficiency in industry-standard design tools, specifically Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and digital sketching software such as Procreate.
• Exceptional drawing skills, both digital and freehand, with a keen eye for composition, color theory, typography, and perspective.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate creative choices and take constructive criticism effectively.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high productivity and meeting strict project timelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Illustration, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent professional experience will be considered.
• Experience in motion graphics or 2D animation is a significant plus but not required.
