About the Role

As a premier B2B marketplace, ECHEMI connects leading manufacturing companies and top-tier suppliers with a global audience of professional buyers. In this remote-based role, you will serve as a vital link between chemical manufacturers and international clients, leveraging your industry expertise to foster successful business transactions and enhance our platform's marketplace integrity.

• Act as a primary advisor for global buyers navigating the ECHEMI marketplace to identify high-quality chemical suppliers and products.
• Facilitate end-to-end B2B transactions by providing technical insights and guidance on chemical sourcing and procurement standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with leading chemical manufacturing companies to ensure the catalog remains accurate and competitive.
• Monitor market trends within the chemical industry to provide actionable data and recommendations to both suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Support the onboarding process for new suppliers, ensuring all listings meet global compliance and quality benchmarks.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing and sales teams to optimize product visibility for top-tier suppliers on the platform.
• Resolve inquiries regarding product specifications, shipping logistics, and international trade regulations to ensure a seamless user experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in the chemical industry, specifically within B2B sales, procurement, or trade consultancy.
• Deep understanding of the global chemical supply chain and familiarity with international trade platforms.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex industrial concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data to drive business growth.
• Self-motivated professional capable of working independently in a fully remote environment.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage for global coordination.
