Our client develops and services state-of-the-art digital imaging platforms that combine advanced hardware with proprietary algorithms to provide high-speed, low-dose imaging solutions for healthcare providers worldwide. As an HR Generalist, you will join an innovative, remote-first US team, acting as a critical link between the international headquarters and domestic operations to foster a high-performance culture.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Recruitment:
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including conducting intake meetings with hiring managers, sourcing top-tier talent, and managing interviews through to offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines via LinkedIn, professional networks, and niche job boards to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining professional communication and streamlining the interview journey.
People Operations & Employee Experience:
- Direct the US onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated effectively into the remote-first culture, while also managing professional offboarding procedures.
- Maintain and optimize the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring all personnel records are accurate, confidential, and compliant.
- Support the performance management cycle by facilitating goal setting, annual reviews, and continuous feedback initiatives.
- Act as a cultural ambassador by organizing virtual team events and engagement programs that strengthen remote employee retention and morale.
Compensation, Benefits & Compliance:
- Administer comprehensive US benefits programs, including health insurance, 401(k) plans, and PTO, while serving as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries.
- Assist in the administration of compensation structures to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
- Stay abreast of evolving US federal, state, and local employment laws to ensure company policies and employee handbooks remain fully compliant.
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist, People Operations, or HR Business Partner role, with a proven track record in full-cycle recruitment.
- Deep understanding of US labor laws, payroll fundamentals, and benefits administration.
- Educational background consisting of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport across a global organization.
- Previous experience working within a global framework or reporting to an international headquarters is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in modern HRIS platforms and digital collaboration tools.
