Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, initial screenings, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
  • Lead the comprehensive onboarding program for all new hires, ensuring they are integrated into the company culture and equipped with the necessary tools for success.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers regarding employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management strategies.
  • Oversee the maintenance of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ensuring all employee records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with data privacy regulations.
  • Administer company-wide benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies, while assisting employees with enrollment and inquiries.
  • Ensure strict adherence to federal, state, and local labor laws, maintaining updated knowledge of evolving regulations to mitigate organizational risk.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that reflect the companys values and support a productive remote work environment.
  • Facilitate the annual performance review process, providing guidance to managers on delivering constructive feedback and setting measurable goals.
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, such as virtual team-building events and recognition programs, to boost morale and connection in a remote setting.
  • Analyze HR metrics, such as turnover rates and time-to-hire, to provide actionable insights to the leadership team for continuous improvement.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within a remote or distributed workforce environment.
  • Professional certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR is highly preferred and viewed as a strong asset.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws and best practices, with the ability to apply them practically in various scenarios.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.
  • Strong proficiency in HRIS platforms, payroll software, and the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize high-volume workloads, and meet tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.
  • A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in the healthcare or revenue cycle management industry is considered a significant advantage.
