Key Responsibilities As the Human Resources Coordinator, you will act as the primary administrative backbone for our HR operations, reporting directly to the Human Resources Lead. Your daily contributions will ensure that our employees receive the support they need while our records remain meticulous and compliant with all regulatory standards. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Serving as the first point of contact for both internal and external Human Resources inquiries, providing timely, professional, and empathetic responses to ensure a positive employee experience.
  • Managing the end-to-end new hire onboarding process within our HRIS, ensuring a seamless transition for every new team member joining the Slipstream family.
  • Facilitating comprehensive and engaging new hire orientations for all W2 employees, introducing them to our unique company culture, strategic goals, and operational workflows.
  • Maintaining and auditing digital employee records to ensure 100% compliance with federal regulations and internal data security standards.
  • Executing essential pre-employment and compliance tasks, including the processing of I-9/E-Verify documentation and the coordination of background checks for all new hires.
  • Providing critical administrative assistance during performance management cycles, helping to track reviews and support various professional development initiatives.
  • Assisting with payroll processing and data entry to ensure accuracy and timeliness for our national workforce across various jurisdictions.

Qualifications We are looking for a candidate who combines administrative excellence with a deep understanding of human-centric HR practices. The ideal candidate is highly organized, technologically savvy, and capable of managing sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and discretion.
  • A Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; alternatively, we welcome candidates with 3 to 5 years of direct HR administrative experience.
  • A solid foundation in core HR functions, including a working knowledge of federal labor laws, onboarding best practices, and digital records management.
  • Exceptional computer literacy with advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suitespecifically Outlook, Word, and Exceland familiarity with HRIS platforms and modern communication tools.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with a proven ability to manage complex data sets and administrative workflows without compromising on accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, allowing you to navigate administrative challenges independently and effectively.
  • Excellent time management capabilities, with the flexibility to adapt to changing departmental needs and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • A commitment to maintaining the utmost confidentiality regarding sensitive employee and organizational information.
