Peace Through Trade (PTT) is seeking a dedicated and highly organized Human Resources Coordinator to join our mission-driven team at the forefront of sustainable blockchain technology. Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will take ownership of the full employee lifecycle, ensuring that our team members feel supported from their very first interaction with the company. Your duties will include:
- Executing the full recruitment lifecycle, which includes drafting compelling job descriptions, sourcing high-quality candidates, and conducting initial screenings to identify top talent.
- Managing the end-to-end onboarding process to ensure new hires receive a comprehensive and welcoming introduction to the PTT ecosystem and mission.
- Maintaining meticulous employee records, contracts, and internal HR documentation with the highest standards of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Supporting global payroll coordination, time tracking, and benefits administration to ensure timely and accurate compensation across various jurisdictions.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for team members regarding internal policies, HR procedures, and workplace concerns, fostering an environment of transparency.
- Collaborating with leadership to develop and refine internal HR policies, employee handbooks, and standard operating procedures that reflect our core values.
- Monitoring team milestones, performance review cycles, and professional development initiatives to encourage long-term career growth.
- Driving team engagement efforts and internal communications to build a cohesive, inclusive, and high-performing remote culture.
- Proactively identifying and resolving day-to-day people operations challenges before they impact productivity or morale.
We are looking for a professional who combines administrative precision with a genuine passion for people. The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 2 to 4+ years of professional experience in an HR Coordinator, People Operations, or Recruitment role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
- Proven expertise in managing recruitment workflows, candidate experience, and complex HR documentation.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage competing priorities without losing sight of the details.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, characterized by a professional, empathetic, and approachable tone.
- High proficiency in digital productivity tools, including Google Workspace, project management software like ClickUp, and modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- A solid understanding of basic employment practices, confidentiality standards, and workplace compliance requirements.
- The ability to work autonomously and effectively within a fully remote, distributed team across multiple international time zones.
- A proactive mindset and a sincere interest in building a workplace culture where people feel heard, supported, and set up for success.
- Prior experience within the blockchain, fintech, or high-growth startup sectors is considered a significant advantage.
