We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team and contribute to the smooth operation of our HR department by providing comprehensive administrative support across recruitment, compliance, and internal communications.
As a key member of the HR team, you will act as a primary point of contact for employees and candidates alike, ensuring that our workforce receives the guidance and resources necessary for success. Key Responsibilities- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Facilitate the end-to-end hiring process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and coordinating interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Candidate Experience: Act as a brand ambassador by maintaining professional communication with applicants and preparing essential documentation, including offer letters and employment contracts.
- Onboarding Excellence: Coordinate new hire orientation activities and ensure all onboarding documentation is completed accurately to provide a seamless transition for new team members.
- Employee Records Management: Maintain digital personnel files and applicant tracking systems, ensuring all data is current, organized, and compliant with company policies and legal regulations.
- HR Operations & Compliance: Assist in monitoring HR procedures, supporting the preparation of departmental reports and metrics, and helping to administer workplace handbooks and policies.
- Employee Engagement: Support the execution of internal training programs, performance review cycles, and company-wide engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Administrative Support: Manage HR calendars, prepare professional presentations, and provide general operational assistance to the HR Manager and leadership team.
- Education: High school diploma required; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and comfort learning new HRIS or ATS platforms.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Discretion: Proven ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and ethical judgment.
