Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for creating sophisticated software solutions on our core platform and its suite of supporting applications. Your daily activities will involve analyzing, designing, developing, and testing software solutions using a variety of modern programming languages and platforms. You will collaborate closely with technical business analysts, technical leads, and business colleagues within an Agile framework to ensure that every feature produced meets the evolving needs of the organization.

• Participate actively in all Scrum ceremonies, including iteration planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to continuously refine our development processes.
• Deliver and deploy new features, critical defect fixes, and comprehensive system enhancements to maintain platform stability and performance.
• Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation to ensure system transparency and ease of future maintenance.
• Ensure that all applications are developed within agreed-upon budgets and timelines while strictly adhering to design and system security standards.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing across the team and provide technical mentoring and guidance to junior developers to foster professional growth.
• Convert complex business needs into actionable user stories and technical tasks, leading stakeholders toward sound functional design decisions.
• Take full ownership of the software development lifecycle, committing to the delivery of high-quality, scalable outcomes.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess a strong technical foundation and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment. We are looking for a collaborative team player who communicates with clarity and confidence when interacting with both technical audiences and business users.

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in a Full Stack Developer or similar engineering role.
• Expert proficiency in core programming languages and frameworks, specifically Java, Java SpringBoot, Groovy, TypeScript, JavaScript, and Angular.
• Proven experience in comprehensive software testing, including Unit, System, Integration, Functional, and Performance testing.
• Hands-on experience with modern application development tools such as IntelliJ and Gradle.
• Strong command of Linux/Unix shell environments and associated tooling.
• Advanced knowledge of version control systems, specifically GIT.
• In-depth understanding of SDLC methodologies with extensive experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Working knowledge of relational databases, including Oracle and SQL Server.
• Demonstrated expertise in implementing API integrations and web services using SOAP and REST.
• Experience with DevOps tools such as TeamCity, Octopus, or similar CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid understanding of Core Design Patterns, such as Observable and Layered architecture.
