About the Role
Campus Compact, a national coalition of colleges and universities dedicated to higher education civic engagement, is seeking an HR Partner to support its fully remote workforce. The organization is entering a period of significant growth and expansion, particularly in innovation, scaling, and coalition building.
The HR Partner will support the development of a strong, values-aligned organizational culture. Priorities include building shared practices that enable staff and leadership to work through complexity and navigate organizational dynamics effectively.
Key Areas of Focus:
- Navigating tension productively and recognizing multiple truths.
- Engaging in constructive conflict and effective change management.
- Understanding and responsibly using positional power within the organization.
- Strengthening organizational capacities in day-to-day management and decision-making.
Campus Compact operates with approximately 45 staff members located across the United States, led by an executive team of five and a leadership team of six directors.
