RainFocus is looking for an exceptional HR Generalist to join our dynamic People Operations team. In this pivotal role, you will act as a primary point of contact for employees, providing expert guidance on HR policies, managing talent lifecycles, and ensuring that our workforce remains engaged and supported in a remote-first environment. You will blend strategic thinking with operational execution to help us scale our most valuable asset—our people.Key Responsibilities- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including seamless onboarding for new hires and professional offboarding processes.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees regarding workplace policies, performance management, and career development.
- Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, company culture, and remote-team cohesion.
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits, leave management, and compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws.
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to facilitate a smooth transition from candidate to employee, ensuring a world-class candidate experience.
- Maintain and audit the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to ensure data integrity and generate actionable people analytics.
- Support the annual performance review process and provide coaching to leaders on delivering constructive feedback.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs related to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or People Operations role, preferably within a high-growth SaaS or technology environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; PHR or SHRM-CP certification is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of HR best practices and employment law across multiple jurisdictions.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost integrity and discretion.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms, talent management software, and the Google Workspace suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
