We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Administrative Assistant to join our growing team in a fully remote capacity. As an HR Administrative Assistant, you will serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and play a vital role in the entire employee lifecycle—from initial recruitment and onboarding to ongoing records management. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, maintains the highest standards of confidentiality, and possesses a genuine passion for human resources and administrative excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end administrative logistics of the recruitment process, including posting job openings, coordinating interview schedules, and communicating with candidates.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires by preparing digital enrollment packages, conducting initial orientations, and ensuring all regulatory documentation is completed.
- Maintain and audit digital employee records within the HRIS to ensure 100% accuracy and compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave of absence requests.
- Draft and distribute internal communications regarding policy updates, company announcements, and cultural initiatives.
- Support the HR Manager in gathering data for performance reviews, compensation benchmarking, and organizational reporting.
- Coordinate virtual team-building events and professional development workshops to foster a collaborative remote work environment.
- Handle sensitive employee relations inquiries with discretion, escalating complex issues to senior leadership as necessary.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within a Human Resources department or a healthcare-related organization.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in using HRIS platforms, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and the Microsoft Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, and SharePoint).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong emphasis on professional etiquette.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines in a remote setting.
