HQ AI Enablement Lead

About the Role

Everfield buys, builds, and grows European vertical market and specialist software companies. This new role is designed to translate Everfield's AI strategy into department-specific roadmaps for HQ functions like HR, Finance, Legal, and Operations, moving beyond manual document review and legacy spreadsheets.

What you will do:

• Map AI maturity across HQ departments and build strategic roadmaps.
• Develop proof-of-concept tools and workflow automations using AI APIs and low-code platforms.
• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with colleagues to prototype solutions and support them in building AI confidence.
• Automate tedious manual processes such as document processing, data enrichment, and reporting.
• Create scalable materials including playbooks, templates, and training resources.
• Track adoption rates and report on the ROI of AI implementations.

Requirements:

• 3–7 years of professional experience in management consulting, a startup environment, or both.
• Genuinely fascinated by AI with a track record of building things (demonstrated via GitHub activity).
• Hands-on experience with AI APIs (Completions, Responses, Embeddings) from providers like OpenAI, Anthropic, or Azure.
• Strong consulting instincts, stakeholder management, and structured thinking.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.

What success looks like in 9 months:

• Completed maturity assessments for each HQ department.
• Documented AI Strategy and Roadmaps for all teams.
• Delivery of working AI agents and demonstrated real-time savings in at least one major workflow.
• Hosted an AI Hackathon and established a library of enablement materials.
