Key Responsibilities- Prioritize and promptly fulfill guest requests, including the delivery of amenities, extra bedding, cots, and specialized items.
- Collaborate closely with room attendants and public area cleaners to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and according to Accor standards.
- Manage inventory flow by gathering used linens and transporting them to designated laundry areas while ensuring a steady supply of fresh towels and supplies for the team.
- Assist with the cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms and public spaces as required to ensure the property remains in pristine condition.
- Maintain safety standards by handling chemicals and cleaning materials with respect and following all WH&S protocols.
- Act as a brand ambassador by providing welcoming service, answering guest inquiries, and offering detailed information about property features.
- Identify and promptly report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor to ensure guest security and comfort.
- Exceptional communication skills with a warm, professional, and welcoming demeanor toward guests and colleagues.
- Strong time-management skills and a high level of attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina and the ability to navigate a property that includes internal/external staircases and open pathways while pushing heavy trolleys.
- A collaborative mindset with an appreciation for working in a diverse and inclusive team environment.
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends, early mornings, and public holidays.
- Reliable transportation to ensure consistent attendance for all scheduled shifts.
