Key Responsibilities- Consult with clients to understand their travel desires, budget constraints, and specific needs to curate highly personalized travel packages and itineraries.
- Research, identify, and book optimal accommodations, flights, and ground transportation using our extensive network of preferred global suppliers.
- Maintain an expert-level understanding of current travel trends, entry requirements, and seasonal promotions to provide clients with the most accurate and up-to-date advice.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients through professional communication, follow-ups, and exceptional post-booking support.
- Coordinate complex multi-destination trips, including cruises, luxury tours, and specialized vacation packages, ensuring every detail is accounted for.
- Manage administrative tasks related to bookings, including processing payments, sending confirmations, and resolving any travel disruptions or client concerns.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and supplier training sessions to enhance destination knowledge and sales proficiency.
