Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Sales Advisor, you will be the face of our partnership with Entel, engaging with both existing and potential customers to drive growth and connectivity. Your primary focus will be on Entel portability services, ensuring that clients find the best mobile solutions for their needs. Key duties include:
- Conducting outbound calls to prospective and current customers to offer mobile portability services, new lines, and additional product offerings.
- Meeting and exceeding daily and monthly sales targets focused on Entel Perus mobile lines campaign.
- Providing clear and accurate information regarding plan benefits, coverage, and promotion details to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Managing customer data and call outcomes accurately within our internal management systems.
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and persistence to overcome objections and close sales effectively.

- Education: Completed secondary school (Secundaria completa).
- Experience: While previous sales experience is valued, we welcome candidates with no experience who possess a strong desire to learn and a proactive attitude.
- Location: Must be available to work 100% remotely from within Peru.
- Technical Infrastructure: You must own a computer or laptop with an Intel Core i3 (6th Gen or later), Ryzen 3, or AMD8 processor. Minimum of 8GB RAM, Windows 10 or 11, and a solid-state drive (SSD).
- Connectivity: A stable, wired internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps.
- Equipment: A functional USB headset and a webcam for meetings and training sessions.
- Software Skills: Basic proficiency in computer management and navigation.
