Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Lead Full Stack Developer, your primary focus will be the architecture and implementation of responsive, high-performance web applications. You will take ownership of the entire development lifecycle, from conceptualizing intuitive UI/UX designs to deploying scalable backend services. You will be responsible for building modern interfaces using React.js and TypeScript, ensuring that every user interaction is fluid, accessible, and high-performing. On the server side, you will develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Python and Node.js, creating a stable foundation for complex data processing and enterprise-level integrations.
- Design and implement responsive, user-friendly interfaces using React.js and modern UI frameworks to ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
- Develop and maintain robust backend services and RESTful APIs using Python and Node.js, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.
- Integrate Looker BI dashboards and embedded analytics into core applications to provide users with actionable, data-driven insights.
- Collaborate closely with enterprise architects to align software solutions with cloud-native patterns and corporate standards, specifically within the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) ecosystem.
- Optimize application performance and scalability across distributed environments while integrating various third-party APIs and database systems.
- Enforce high standards of code quality through comprehensive code reviews, unit testing, and the maintenance of automated CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery.
- Document architectural decisions, technical workflows, and development best practices to foster knowledge sharing and maintainability within the engineering team.
The ideal candidate is a technical expert with a proven track record of delivering sophisticated digital products. You should possess a deep understanding of software engineering principles and a keen eye for design aesthetics. We are looking for a leader who can navigate complex technical challenges while mentoring junior developers and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack development, with a strong emphasis on leading technical projects.
- Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript, alongside expertise in modern CSS-in-JS frameworks and UI components.
- Extensive hands-on experience with backend development using Python (Flask or Django) and Node.js (Express).
- Proven experience with Looker BI or similar business intelligence tools for advanced data visualization and dashboard embedding.
- Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases, as well as complex API integration strategies and data modeling.
- In-depth knowledge of UI/UX principles, including accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design patterns.
- Preferred experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, and DevOps tools such as GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
