Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of BlueYonder solutions, ensuring that technical implementations align perfectly with specific business requirements and strategic corporate goals. Your daily activities will include the following:
- Designing, configuring, and deploying specific BlueYonder modules such as Enterprise Supply Planning (ESP), Transportation Management (TM), Demand Planning (DP), or Warehouse Management (WM) to meet the unique needs of our clients.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including project managers, solution architects, and business analysts, to define and document system requirements.
- Optimizing system performance through rigorous technical analysis and the application of modern programming frameworks and best practices.
- Managing the full software development life cycle (SDLC) for supply chain applications, from initial conceptual design through testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Facilitating continuous improvement by identifying existing bottlenecks in supply chain workflows and recommending innovative technical enhancements.
- Providing technical leadership and troubleshooting support during critical project phases to ensure seamless system integration and data integrity across platforms.
- Actively participating in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure that project milestones are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.
- Developing technical documentation and training materials to support end-users and internal support teams.
To succeed in this position, you must possess a strong technical foundation and specialized, hands-on experience within the BlueYonder (formerly JDA) ecosystem. We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience specifically focused on BlueYonder software solutions in a consulting or enterprise environment.
- Deep functional and technical expertise in at least one of the following core modules: BlueYonder Enterprise Supply Planning (ESP), Transportation Management (TM), Demand Planning (DP), or Warehouse Management (WM).
- Proven experience navigating the software development life cycle (SDLC) and a high level of proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Strong familiarity with modern programming languages, SQL, and software frameworks used for large-scale enterprise application development and integration.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of optimizing complex system performance and resolving architectural challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field of study.
- The ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment while maintaining high levels of productivity and team collaboration.
