This role involves simple, impactful conversations with existing customers to improve their lives and help them navigate their educational programs.

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct Zoom calls with existing customers who book directly onto your calendar.
• Follow word-for-word scripts tailored to specific customer needs while maintaining a natural and friendly tone.
• Assist customers with their journey and determine interest in additional programs.
• Provide a high-quality, hospitable experience for every customer.
