Key Responsibilities- Lead the implementation and optimization of Civalgo’s management solutions for new and existing construction clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate industry needs into actionable product features that streamline resource allocation.
- Provide strategic oversight on daily reporting functionalities to ensure data accuracy and real-time visibility for stakeholders.
- Engage with project planners to refine scheduling workflows, ensuring that project timelines are met with maximum efficiency.
- Analyze user feedback and operational data to identify opportunities for platform enhancement and increased user adoption.
- Support the sales and account management teams by acting as a subject matter expert during high-level technical demonstrations.
- Facilitate training sessions for clients to ensure they are fully leveraging the platform’s suite of construction management tools.
- Proven experience in construction management, project coordination, or a related field within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry.
- Deep understanding of construction workflows, including resource scheduling, cost tracking, and daily field reporting.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly master complex software platforms and explain them to non-technical users.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships with industry professionals.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while maintaining high levels of productivity and organization.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering data-driven solutions to traditional operational bottlenecks.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline is highly preferred.
