Key Responsibilities- Lead the strategic design and execution of healthcare operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and clinical best practices.

- Collaborate with product development teams to integrate clinical logic and operational requirements into the CuraSenseAI platform.
- Oversee the lifecycle of healthcare projects, from initial scoping and stakeholder engagement to implementation and post-launch analysis.
- Monitor regulatory changes and healthcare trends to ensure all operations remain compliant and competitive in the global market.
- Develop standardized reporting frameworks to communicate project progress and clinical impact to senior leadership and external partners.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication between technical engineers and medical professionals to foster a culture of collaborative innovation.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Nursing, or a related clinical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, clinical operations, or healthcare consulting.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects within a digital health or health-tech environment.
- Deep understanding of clinical workflows, electronic health records (EHR), and health data privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).
