- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in healthcare administration, medical billing, medical coding, or a related clinical support role.
- Strong proficiency in medical terminology, ICD-10/CPT coding, and general clinical workflows.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to spot errors in complex documents that others might overlook.
- Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and standard office productivity software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, specifically the ability to explain medical concepts to non-clinical team members.
