About the Role
Vonage is seeking a Healthcare Account Executive to join our API business unit, focusing on CPaaS solutions that empower organizations with customizable, omnichannel communications infrastructure. This role is crucial for expanding our presence in the Healthcare Vertical, specifically targeting high-growth digital and cloud software companies in the West Coast region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire sales cycle from pipeline generation through closing and post-sales expansion.
- Employ a value-oriented sales methodology focused on customer engagement and authentication use-cases.
- Lead compelling presentations of Vonage's CPaaS product and vision to C-level executives and individual contributors.
- Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams, including Pre-Sales, Legal, Engineering, and Customer Success, to navigate complex sales cycles.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain visibility on revenue performance.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in Healthcare technology sales, SaaS, Cloud, or API-based communications.
- Proven track record in prospecting, lead generation, and cold calling.
- Strong relationship-building skills across business, marketing, and technology teams.
- Must be located in the PST timezone to provide regional coverage.
