About the Role

K7 Tech is looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our growing product team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our design process, bridging the gap between complex user requirements and elegant, functional visual solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers, to translate conceptual ideas into high-fidelity designs that delight our users. This is a remote-first position that offers the opportunity to influence the design direction of innovative technical products while maintaining a high standard of aesthetic excellence and usability.

• Lead the end-to-end design process from initial wireframing and prototyping to final high-fidelity UI production.
• Conduct thorough user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions based on real-world data.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure visual consistency across all digital platforms and product features.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements and translate them into intuitive user journeys and sitemaps.
• Produce interactive prototypes to demonstrate functionality and flow to the development team and key stakeholders.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to keep our products at the cutting edge of the market.
• Participate in design critiques, providing and receiving constructive feedback to elevate the overall quality of the team's output.

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar creative role, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing professional design projects.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Sketch.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and responsive design techniques.
• Ability to solve complex problems through creative visual solutions and analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design logic and present ideas clearly to non-design team members.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for crafting pixel-perfect interfaces that prioritize user accessibility.
• Experience working in an Agile environment and a track record of meeting project deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
