About the Role

At Brilliant Harvest, we believe that the best product managers don't just study data from a dashboard; they get their boots on the ground to understand the real-world challenges of their users. While most product roles rely on secondhand tickets and surveys, this position is designed for someone who thrives on the front lines. Our customers are heavy equipment dealerships, and their customers are the farmers and construction operators who keep the world moving. As our Growth Product Manager, you will own the product surface that transforms a newly signed dealer into a self-sufficient, high-performing reference customer by building the features, flows, and feedback loops that drive true activation and long-term retention.

This is a growth-focused role with customer success in its DNA. You will work hand-in-hand with our Customer Success (CS) team to translate field insights into scalable product decisions. You aren't just managing a roadmap; you are closing the loop between the messy reality of implementation and the precision of engineering. If you are passionate about driving adoption in industries that are often overlooked by tech, and you want to see the direct impact of your work on a shop floor or a farm site, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the Growth Loop: Define and manage core product growth metrics including activation rates, feature adoption, time-to-value, and retention across the entire dealer base.
  • Optimize the Journey: Identify where dealers stall in their product journey and design high-impact solutions, ranging from improved onboarding flows and in-app prompts to entirely new features that remove friction.
  • Experiment and Iterate: Design and execute rapid experiments to improve adoption, prioritizing the roadmap ruthlessly based on data-driven metrics.
  • Bridge the Feedback Gap: Serve as the connective tissue between the CS team and engineering, translating field feedback into structured product signals rather than just a list of complaints.
  • Product-Led Enablement: Design onboarding and educational experiences as core product features to minimize support dependency and accelerate the path to value.
  • Strategic Communication: Write product updates and dealer-facing communications that resonate with service writers and technicians, ensuring product changes are understood and embraced.
Qualifications
  • Product Experience: 3–5 years in product management, specifically owning growth, activation, or retention metrics within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Customer-Centric Background: Prior experience in customer success, account management, or field enablement, with a proven track record of managing customers through the challenging post-sale implementation phase.
  • B2B2C Proficiency: A deep understanding of driving value across two layers of a customer relationship—the dealership and the end-user (farmers/operators).
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with equipment dealership operations, including service departments and parts counters, is a significant advantage.
  • Influence and Ambiguity: Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority and the comfort to define problems and find signals in ambiguous environments.
  • Technical Fluency: Data-literate with the ability to set up metrics, interpret results, and pivot strategy based on empirical evidence.
  • Mobility: Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% to visit dealerships and farm sites to see the product in action.
Benefits
  • Remote-First Culture: Enjoy a flexible work environment that prioritizes impact over office hours.
  • Entrepreneurial Leadership: Work under the guidance of Remi Schmaltz, a seasoned entrepreneur with deep roots in agricultural technology.
  • Cutting-Edge Innovation: Gain a front-row seat to how AI and machine learning are revolutionizing traditional industries like agriculture and construction.
  • Comprehensive Rewards: Competitive compensation package including an Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) and comprehensive benefits.
  • Growth Opportunity: A collaborative culture that values continuous learning, professional development, and meaningful impact.
