About the Role
Grafana Labs is looking for an experienced product marketer to join their Product organization. You will be responsible for creating Go-To-Market programs that effectively position the value of Grafana Labs products and help customers achieve their observability goals.
What You'll Be Doing:- Partner with Product Managers to define product value, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.
- Create technical materials such as reference architectures, implementation guides, and sales enablement collateral.
- Lead the launch of new products and features relevant to target buyers and technical personas.
- Conduct research to understand pain points, competition, and market opportunities.
- Teach go-to-market and sales teams how to articulate the capabilities and value of the product stack.
- Own customer lifecycle campaigns including retention, upsell, and cross-sell initiatives.
- 6+ years of experience in product marketing, solutions marketing, or product management.
- Experience marketing and selling specifically to a technical audience.
- A strong passion for open source, cloud-native, and infrastructure technologies.
- Proven ability to lead complex projects and feature launches from start to finish.
- Strong technical curiosity and quantitative analytical skills for data-driven decision making.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills.
