About the Role
Grafana Labs is looking for an experienced product marketer to join their Product org. As a Staff Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating Go-To-Market programs, defining messaging and positioning across key personas, and helping buyers and sellers understand the value of the Grafana LGTM Stack.
What You'll Be Doing- Partner with Product Managers to define product value, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.
- Create technical materials such as reference architectures, implementation guides, and detailed product information.
- Own and manage the launch of new products and features.
- Conduct internal and customer research to understand pain points and competition.
- Lead customer lifecycle campaigns including competitive positioning, retention, and upsell strategies.
- Train sales and go-to-market teams on product capabilities and value.
- 6+ years of experience in product marketing, solutions marketing, or product management.
- Experience marketing to a technical audience and a passion for open-source and cloud-native technologies.
- Proven ability to lead complex projects and feature launches autonomously.
- Strong technical curiosity and the ability to translate technical details into clear positioning.
- Exceptional writing, communication, and quantitative analytical skills.
