About the Role
Grafana Labs is looking for an experienced product marketer to join the Product Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating Go-To-Market programs that effectively position the value of Grafana Labs and its products to solve the needs of target customers. Unlike traditional marketing roles, Product Marketing at Grafana Labs sits within the Product organization, focusing on teaching growth and demand strategies to Product Managers and Engineers.
What You'll Be Doing:- Partner with Product Managers to define product value, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.
- Create materials to help customers evaluate and adopt products, including reference architectures and implementation guides.
- Own and manage the launch of new products and features.
- Conduct internal and customer research to understand pain points, competition, and market opportunities.
- Deliver training and enablement to ensure customer-facing teams can effectively engage with prospects.
- Own customer lifecycle campaigns, including competitive positioning, retention, and upsell strategies.
- 6+ years of relevant experience in product marketing, solutions marketing, or product management.
- Proven experience marketing and selling to a technical audience.
- A passion for open source, cloud-native, and infrastructure technologies.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills with the ability to articulate technical value.
- Strong quantitative analytical skills for evaluating campaign performance and lifecycle metrics.
- Experience leading product or feature launches autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
