Key ResponsibilitiesAs a pivotal leader within our product organization, you will be tasked with both high-level strategic planning and hands-on execution. Your primary objective is to deliver best-in-class products that allow users to find, curate, and share knowledge seamlessly across complex enterprise environments.
- Drive Product Strategy: Develop and refine key segments of the Glean roadmap, balancing immediate customer needs with our ambitious long-term vision for an intelligent, AI-driven workplace assistant.
- Deep Customer Engagement: Spend significant time with our enterprise customers to deeply understand their unique knowledge management challenges and workflow pain points, translating these insights into product features.
- Team Leadership and Mentorship: Empower and grow a talented team of product managers by providing clear context, setting high-level direction, and fostering a culture of alignment, accountability, and excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with our elite Design, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure that our product decisions are customer-focused and executed with high efficiency and technical precision.
- Build Scalable Processes: Design and implement the product frameworks and internal processes necessary to support Glean’s rapid growth and evolving organizational structure during our scale-up phase.
- Own the Decision-Making Process: Take full ownership of prioritization and execution, ensuring that every feature we ship delivers measurable value to our users and aligns with our core mission of making work more humane.
We are looking for a seasoned product leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and possesses a deep technical curiosity. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of shipping complex enterprise software that addresses the needs of large-scale organizations.
- Extensive SaaS Experience: You possess 10+ years of professional experience in product management, specifically within the SaaS industry serving large-scale enterprise clients with complex requirements.
- Technical Depth: You have a strong technical background and excel at analytical thinking, enabling you to partner effectively with world-class engineering teams on deeply technical challenges.
- AI and ML Enthusiast: You are an early adopter of AI technologies and are excited about building products with Generative AI and ranking tools. Experience in collaboration, search, or productivity tools is highly preferred.
- Exceptional Communication: You are a master of both written and verbal communication, capable of distilling complex technical concepts into clear, actionable strategies for diverse stakeholders and leadership.

- Competitive Compensation: We offer a base salary range of $210,000 - $240,000 for California-based roles, complemented by equity packages and variable compensation opportunities.
