Key Responsibilities- Monitor and analyze real-time production data from various manufacturing sites to ensure strict adherence to established schedules and delivery deadlines.
- Coordinate with on-site floor managers to identify potential bottlenecks and provide data-driven recommendations to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Maintain and update Electronic Resource Planning (ERP) systems with accurate production counts, materials usage, and labor hours for reporting purposes.
- Conduct remote quality assurance audits by reviewing production logs and compliance documentation against industry and company standards.
- Generate detailed daily and weekly reports for senior leadership regarding production KPIs, equipment uptime, and resource allocation.
- Facilitate seamless communication between the supply chain, procurement, and manufacturing departments to ensure raw material availability aligns with production needs.
- Assist in the implementation of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives across digital and physical workflows.
- Ensure all remote administrative tasks related to production safety, environmental compliance, and regulatory standards are completed and archived correctly.
- Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent; an Associates degree in Industrial Management, Logistics, or a related field is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a manufacturing, production support, or logistics coordination environment.
- Strong proficiency in utilizing SAP, Oracle, or similar Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software for industrial applications.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, with the ability to perform data analysis and create complex spreadsheets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to diverse global teams.
- Proven ability to work independently in a fully remote setting while maintaining high levels of productivity and professional accountability.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 quality management standards is a significant advantage in this role.
