  • Coordinate with on-site floor managers to streamline the flow of materials and finished goods, identifying potential bottlenecks before they impact the supply chain.
  • Maintain comprehensive digital documentation regarding production cycles, equipment uptime, and quality control checks to support ISO and industry-specific certifications.
  • Facilitate communication between engineering, procurement, and assembly teams to ensure that technical specifications are understood and implemented correctly across all shifts.
  • Implement and advocate for Lean Manufacturing principles, suggesting process improvements that reduce waste and enhance the safety of our physical production environments.
  • Assist in the management of inventory levels by tracking raw material usage and forecasting upcoming needs based on project timelines and client demand.
  • Prepare detailed reports for senior leadership regarding operational performance, safety compliance, and departmental budget adherence.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent; an Associate degree in Manufacturing Technology, Industrial Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with a strong understanding of automotive assembly processes.
  • Proficiency in utilizing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software and advanced data management tools to track production progress.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex technical drawings and manufacturing schematics.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, essential for collaborating with diverse teams across various geographic locations.
  • Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and a thorough understanding of OSHA regulations and industrial safety standards.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote capacity while maintaining high levels of productivity and accountability.

Benefits
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans starting from day one of employment.
  • Competitive 401(k) retirement savings plan with a generous company matching contribution.
  • Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid company holidays to support a healthy work-life balance.
  • Tuition reimbursement programs and continuous professional development opportunities to help you grow your career within Dana.
  • A diverse and inclusive workplace culture that values employee input and fosters innovation through collaboration.
