Key Responsibilities- Monitor and analyze real-time production metrics to ensure that manufacturing facilities are operating at peak efficiency and meeting established output quotas.
- Coordinate with on-site floor managers to streamline the flow of materials and finished goods, identifying potential bottlenecks before they impact the supply chain.
- Maintain comprehensive digital documentation regarding production cycles, equipment uptime, and quality control checks to support ISO and industry-specific certifications.
- Facilitate communication between engineering, procurement, and assembly teams to ensure that technical specifications are understood and implemented correctly across all shifts.
- Implement and advocate for Lean Manufacturing principles, suggesting process improvements that reduce waste and enhance the safety of our physical production environments.
- Assist in the management of inventory levels by tracking raw material usage and forecasting upcoming needs based on project timelines and client demand.
- Prepare detailed reports for senior leadership regarding operational performance, safety compliance, and departmental budget adherence.
- A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent; an Associate degree in Manufacturing Technology, Industrial Management, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with a strong understanding of automotive assembly processes.
- Proficiency in utilizing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software and advanced data management tools to track production progress.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex technical drawings and manufacturing schematics.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, essential for collaborating with diverse teams across various geographic locations.
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and a thorough understanding of OSHA regulations and industrial safety standards.
