As a key member of our production team, you will engage in a variety of hands-on physical assembly, inspection, and machinery operations. This position requires excellent physical coordination, high visual acuity, and a spectacular attendance record to ensure our manufacturing lines operate at peak efficiency. Key Responsibilities- Perform repetitive manufacturing and assembly operations to construct high-quality thermal-management components under customer quality specifications.
- Ensure all work is executed safely and in strict compliance with safety guidelines, company protocols, and environmental standards.
- Hand-assemble intricate components, utilizing excellent manual dexterity and a keen eye for detail during production runs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment by strictly adhering to 5S methodology and plant safety rules.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members, machine operators, and shift supervisors to meet daily production targets.
- Perform visual inspections of parts and components to identify and report defects before they reach the packaging stage.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is highly preferred.
- Some previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, or industrial production environment.
- Outstanding attention to detail, strong visual acuity, and meticulous component inspection skills.
- Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to perform continuous physical handwork.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including continuous standing, walking, reaching, handling, and repeatedly lifting between 5 to 15 lbs, sometimes continuously.
