About the Role

N4 Studio is looking for talented, freelance Website Copywriters and Content Strategists to join our global network of creative professionals. This is a unique opportunity to work on a project-by-project basis, collaborating with a world-class team of designers to build sophisticated web presences for diverse B2B and B2C clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

Your role will be pivotal in bridging the gap between brand narrative and user experience. Depending on the project scope and your specific expertise, your responsibilities will involve two primary phases:

• Narrative and Messaging Strategy: Collaborate closely with project designers to establish the core narrative direction. You will develop strategic content recommendations and present initial copy concepts to clients that align with their business goals.
• Website Copywriting: Transform strategic foundations into polished, high-converting website copy. You will manage the process from the first draft through revision rounds, ensuring all content is SEO/AEO-optimized and ready for design handoff.
• Content-First Wireframing: Produce low-fidelity wireframes and structured content outlines directly within Figma to ensure a seamless integration between copy and design.
• Collaboration: Work within a dynamic, fast-paced environment, maintaining a sharp focus on brand voice and tone while navigating complex business offerings.

Qualifications

We are seeking experienced professionals who understand that website copy is more than just words—it is a functional component of design and performance.

• Proven Experience: A strong portfolio of website copywriting across multiple industries, with a demonstrated ability to simplify complex offerings into compelling narratives.
• Design Literacy: Experience working alongside design teams and a solid understanding of how content interacts with layout and user flow.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Figma is essential, as our strategy and copy work is produced and presented directly within the tool.
• SEO/AEO Knowledge: A deep understanding of SEO principles and how content performs in modern search environments, including AI-assisted search.
• Strategic Thinking: Experience running messaging workshops or developing comprehensive brand frameworks is highly desirable.
• Adaptability: The ability to shift voice and tone effortlessly while adhering to strict project timelines and quality standards.
