Eneso, through our specialized creative studio PixelPier, is looking for passionate and versatile Freelance Designers to join our growing roster of elite creative professionals. Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute refined brand identities, including logo design and comprehensive visual systems that align with client business goals.
- Create engaging motion graphics and animations to enhance digital storytelling across web and social platforms.
- Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user experiences (UX) for websites and digital products, ensuring a seamless journey for the end-user.
- Produce high-quality print collateral, including brochures, annual reports, and marketing materials that maintain brand integrity.
- Craft professional, high-impact presentations using PowerPoint or Google Slides for corporate and non-profit stakeholders.
- Collaborate with our internal creative team to translate research insights into polished, professional design assets.
- Manage multiple project deadlines effectively while maintaining a high standard of attention to detail and creative excellence.
- Proven experience as a designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand identity, motion, UX, or corporate design.
- A value-driven mindset with a commitment to craftsmanship, research, and continuous professional growth.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects), Figma, and presentation software.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions to both internal teams and clients.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving within a remote or hybrid workflow.
- An open-minded approach to feedback and a desire to tackle demanding projects for high-level B2B and financial services clients.
- Must be an individual contributor; we are not accepting applications from agencies, recruiters, or offshore firms at this time.
- Flexible freelance work arrangement with the option to work fully remote or on-site at our Providence, RI studio.
