Key Responsibilities- Design, build, and ship high-impact features for North, our premier AI workspace platform, ensuring it meets the rigorous demands of enterprise clients.
- Develop and deploy sophisticated autonomous agents capable of interacting with and reasoning over sensitive enterprise data across various applications.
- Execute rapid experimentation and prototyping with a high level of quality to deliver solutions that consistently exceed customer expectations.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from initial conceptualization and requirement gathering through to production deployment and long-term maintenance.
- Collaborate closely with client engineering teams to solve complex integration problems, troubleshoot technical hurdles, and optimize AI performance.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Agentic AI, guiding customers on best practices for RAG, model fine-tuning, and infrastructure scaling.
- Travel between 20-40% of the time to engage directly with stakeholders on-site and ensure the successful implementation of our technology.
- Extensive experience in a customer-facing engineering role, with a proven track record of solving technical problems in a consultative manner.
- Professional fluency in both English and Arabic is essential to support our strategic initiatives and client base in the Middle East.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python, with a significant history of shipping and maintaining high-quality code in production environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in building and deploying high-performance RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) or agentic applications at scale.
- Strong full-stack coding abilities, with the comfort level to navigate, understand, and fix issues across the entire technical stack.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities and objectives are moving targets, requiring a high degree of adaptability.
