In this strategic role, you will act as a primary brand evangelist, sharing the Dreamscape Learn story with senior-level district stakeholders including Superintendents, Chief Academic Officers, and Boards of Education. This is not just a sales position; it is a consultative partnership role aimed at solving mission-critical challenges in modern education. You will be responsible for navigating complex institutional procurement cycles while building broad stakeholder alignment to ensure the successful adoption of our VR-based learning experiences. Key Responsibilities- Lead the full sales lifecycle to meet and exceed assigned quarterly and annual bookings goals through strategic district-wide implementations.
- Engage directly with Superintendents and their executive leadership teams to qualify opportunities and position Dreamscape Learn as a transformational strategic partner.
- Develop and nurture deep, long-term relationships with senior K12 stakeholders, moving beyond a vendor-client dynamic to a strategic partnership model.
- Aggressively build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified sales opportunities to ensure consistent revenue growth and significant market expansion.
- Collaborate closely with internal Marketing and Sales teams to design and execute high-impact lead generation campaigns and demand creation events.
- Partner with the executive leadership team to refine market positioning, long-term growth strategies, and national expansion initiatives.
- Serve as a critical voice of the customer, providing the product and strategy teams with actionable market intelligence and insights to drive future innovation.
- Represent Dreamscape Learn at major industry conferences and events, evangelizing our story-driven, VR-enabled pedagogy to a national audience.
- A minimum of 10 years of sustained, proven success in selling high-value, innovative educational technology solutions to the K12 market.
- Demonstrated expertise in evangelizing and closing six-figure, category-creating contracts within complex institutional decision-making environments.
- Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, with a proven ability to influence and align diverse stakeholder groups.
- Expert-level skills in territory management, lead qualification, and strategic account planning.
- A strong entrepreneurial mindset with the agility to thrive in a high-growth, ambiguous environment while helping to build scalable sales processes.
- In-depth knowledge of the current K12 landscape, including instructional trends, digital transformation challenges, and emerging pedagogical models.
- Experience working within high-growth or category-defining organizations is highly preferred.
- Bachelors degree from an accredited institution is required for this role.
