Key Responsibilities- Directly support executive leadership by managing complex, high-volume calendars and coordinating intricate meeting logistics involving global stakeholders and external partners.
- Act as a primary liaison across various internal departments, ensuring seamless communication, project alignment, and the successful execution of company-wide initiatives.
- Utilize and integrate advanced AI tools to conduct research, generate document summaries, draft sophisticated communications, and prepare comprehensive meeting briefs.
- Oversee end-to-end travel coordination, expense management, and day-to-day administrative operations to ensure executive focus remains on core business objectives.
- Track critical projects, deadlines, and action items with precision, proactively identifying potential risks or delays before they impact the business.
- Prepare board-ready documentation, including high-level presentations, spreadsheets, and reports that meet the rigorous standards of corporate governance.
- Support board and committee functions by meticulously coordinating materials, logistics, and official documentation.
- Maintain the highest levels of confidentiality while handling sensitive information related to HR, legal, compensation, and corporate strategy.
- Possession of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a corporate business environment.
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably within a high-growth technology or startup ecosystem.
- Demonstrated proficiency and comfort with AI productivity tools and a desire to stay ahead of emerging technological trends.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global setting.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce polished materials for executive and board-level audiences.
- Proven track record of handling confidential information with absolute integrity and discretion.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a 100% remote capacity while maintaining strong team connectivity.
- Competitive annual base salary ranging from $75,000 to $95,000, commensurate with experience and location.
