Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain complex executive calendars, exercising discretion and judgment to prioritize appointments and resolve scheduling conflicts in a proactive manner.
  • Coordinate end-to-end domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and visa requirements, ensuring seamless transitions for executives.
  • Serve as a primary liaison between senior leadership and internal departments, as well as external clients and partners, maintaining professional communication and fostering strong relationships.
  • Prepare, edit, and proofread high-quality presentations, reports, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and alignment with Experians corporate brand and messaging.
  • Organize and facilitate executive meetings, board sessions, and departmental events, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and tracking follow-up action items to completion.
  • Process and manage monthly expense reports, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and timely reimbursement.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost integrity, maintaining privacy and security at all times.
  • Assist with special projects and research initiatives, gathering data and synthesizing information to support executive decision-making.
  • Streamline administrative processes and implement tools or workflows that enhance the overall productivity of the executive office.
  • Collaborate with other Executive Assistants and administrative staff across the global organization to ensure alignment on best practices and corporate initiatives.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in an executive support role, preferably within a large, global corporate environment or a high-growth technology company.
  • Proven ability to support C-suite or senior-level executives with a high degree of autonomy and professional maturity.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage a diverse workload with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Mastery of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to create visually compelling presentations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management and the ability to see complex tasks through from inception to successful completion.
  • High level of emotional intelligence and the ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and the ability to work effectively in a remote, digital-first environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail that ensures high-quality output.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required for candidates with equivalent professional experience.
