Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end coordination of virtual, hybrid, and in-person events, ensuring all logistics are executed flawlessly.
  • Manage event registrations, attendee communications, and troubleshooting to provide a world-class delegate experience.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to source venues, manage catering requirements, and oversee technical production.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, tracking milestones to ensure all deliverables are met on schedule.
  • Oversee on-site or digital platform management during live events to resolve any issues in real-time.
  • Support the marketing team in promoting events through various digital channels and managing professional invitations.
  • Collect and analyze feedback data post-event to identify areas for improvement and report on key success metrics.
  • Manage event budgets effectively, ensuring high-quality delivery while maintaining cost-efficiency.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in event coordination or project management, preferably within the education or non-profit sectors.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Proficiency in using event management software, CRM systems, and digital collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams or Zoom.
  • A proactive problem-solver who can remain calm and effective under pressure.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
  • The ability to work independently in a remote environment while remaining a collaborative team player.
  • Flexibility to travel occasionally for on-site event support as required.

Benefits
  • Competitive salary of £30,000 per annum.
  • Fully remote working arrangement, offering excellent work-life balance and flexibility.
  • Opportunity to work within a purpose-driven organization that makes a tangible difference in the education sector.
  • A supportive and inclusive company culture that values professional growth and development.
  • Generous holiday entitlement and comprehensive benefits package.
  • Access to modern digital tools and resources to facilitate efficient remote working.
