As an Event Director, you will be the primary architect behind large-scale activations, ensuring that every touchpoint reflects our commitment to quality, community, and innovation. Whether you are managing complex logistics for national trade shows or overseeing high-profile brand launches, your leadership will be pivotal in creating unforgettable experiences for our consumers and stakeholders. We are seeking a professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and possesses the vision to transform brand concepts into tangible, world-class events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct the strategic development and operational execution of national event programs, ensuring all activities align with Anheuser-Buschs broader marketing and brand objectives.
  • Manage comprehensive event budgets exceeding seven figures, overseeing financial forecasting, vendor negotiations, and post-event reconciliation to maximize ROI.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and external agencies to ensure seamless integration of digital, social, and physical event components.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for high-level stakeholders, providing regular updates on project milestones, risk assessments, and resource allocation.
  • Oversee vendor selection and management, including contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and ensuring compliance with corporate standards.
  • Implement data-driven measurement tools to track event performance and gather actionable insights for future marketing initiatives.
  • Navigate complex legal and compliance requirements specific to the alcohol and beverage industry to ensure all events are conducted responsibly.
  • Coordinate all logistics, including venue sourcing, catering, audiovisual production, and on-site staff management, ensuring a premium guest experience.
  • Design contingency plans to mitigate potential risks, ensuring business continuity and safety throughout the event lifecycle.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in high-level event management, experiential marketing, or project management within a large corporate or agency environment.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale, high-budget events from concept to completion with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage remote teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing complex multi-million dollar budgets and procurement processes.
  • Superior communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative visions and technical requirements clearly.
  • Proficiency in event management software, project management tools, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work flexibly in a high-pressure environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
  • Deep understanding of the current events landscape, emerging technologies, and consumer trends in the beverage and hospitality sectors.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

Benefits
  • Opportunity to work with a world-renowned Fortune 500 brand and influence the future of experiential marketing.
  • Competitive compensation package tailored for this high-level temporary engagement.
  • Full remote flexibility, allowing you to manage national projects from any location within the United States.
  • Exposure to a diverse portfolio of leading global brands and high-profile industry partnerships.
  • A fast-paced, collaborative culture that values innovation and creative problem-solving.
  • Networking opportunities with industry leaders and top-tier vendors across the country.
