As an Event Coordinator, you will join a team dedicated to supporting our global customers by ensuring the seamless execution of mission-critical events. Key ResponsibilitiesThe Event Coordinator is responsible for the comprehensive lifecycle of NCRC Events and Cyber Table Tops (CTTs). You will serve as a central point of contact for logistical planning, resource management, and stakeholder communication. Your primary duties will include:
- Leading the end-to-end planning, resource allocation, and scheduling for complex mission-related events.
- Assigning specialized personnel and managing physical resources to ensure all operational requirements are met.
- Monitoring capacity and mitigating over-utilization of staff and equipment to maintain peak efficiency.
- Developing and delivering timely status reports and risk notifications to government customers and internal leadership.
- Utilizing data analysis to identify potential bottlenecks and proactively implementing mitigation strategies.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams to align event logistics with technical project milestones.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting using platforms such as PowerBI or Tableau to provide transparency to stakeholders.

- High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in event coordination, project administration, or a similar role, ideally within a government or defense contractor environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and resources in a fast-paced setting.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong analytical capabilities, with proficiency in spreadsheets and basic data management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to present findings to senior leadership.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Saviom, or SharePoint.
- A proactive problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable high-speed internet connectivity and a dedicated home office setup for remote work.
