Key Responsibilities- Evaluate AI-generated English language responses for accuracy, clarity, and strict adherence to complex user prompts.
- Identify and correct subtle errors in logic, methodology, and conceptual understanding that automated systems might miss.
- Provide precise, actionable feedback and step-by-step edits to improve the reasoning quality of AI outputs.
- Develop and write high-quality model revisions and detailed explanations that demonstrate correct linguistic methods and stylistic registers.
- Fact-check information across diverse topics to ensure the reliability and integrity of the training data.
- Rate and compare multiple AI responses based on specific criteria such as correctness, fluency, and reasoning depth.
- Create detailed prompts and responses to guide AI learning across a wide spectrum of subjects.
- Test AI models for potential inaccuracies or biases, validating their performance for global use cases.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Linguistics, English, Communications, Journalism, Translation, or a related field.
- Expert command of the English language (C2/Native-level preferred); a minimum of C1 proficiency is strictly required.
- Professional proficiency in at least one additional language is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional skills in grammar, syntax, semantics, and discourse structure, with the ability to edit across various stylistic registers.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify meaning drift, ambiguity, and inconsistencies in complex texts.
- Experience using advanced AI tools such as Perplexity, Gemini, and ChatGPT to evaluate performance.
- Previous experience in AI data training, annotation, editorial QA, or professional copyediting is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently as a remote contractor and deliver consistent quality across various time zones.
