Engineer Software

About the Role

As a Software Engineer, you will be a core contributor to the engineering team, designing and building full-stack features spanning Java/C# backend services, REST/GraphQL APIs, and React frontend applications. You will work in a modern Agile environment to deliver impactful results for global enterprise customers.

• Design, develop, and maintain production-grade full-stack features and scalable microservices.
• Translate product requirements and UX designs into well-structured, testable, and performant code.
• Write comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end automated tests using JUnit, Jest, Playwright, and Cucumber.
• Triage and resolve production incidents while monitoring application health using observability tooling.
• Integrate AI/ML capabilities, including LLM-powered features, into product offerings.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deploy containerized services to Kubernetes clusters.
• Collaborate daily with Product Managers, Designers, and globally distributed engineering peers in an Agile Scrum environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience with Java Spring Boot or equivalent seniority in software development.
• Solid proficiency in Java (Spring Boot, Hibernate) and/or C# (.NET Core).
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and React (hooks, context, state management).
• Working knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MS SQL, or Oracle.
• Exposure to AWS or Azure cloud services and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Strong analytical thinking and clear verbal/written communication in English.
