Key Responsibilities- Manage and respond to a high volume of customer support inquiries via email, ensuring all responses meet our established quality and response time standards.
- Navigate and access customer accounts and internal databases to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex reported issues.
- Draft clear, professional, and empathetic responses that address customer concerns while maintaining a positive and helpful brand voice.
- Properly identify and escalate unresolved issues or technical bugs to senior support staff with detailed, organized notes for further investigation.
- Accurately track and document all customer interactions within our customer support management system to maintain a comprehensive history of service.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily performance targets regarding email volume, accuracy, and customer satisfaction ratings.
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and security when handling personal customer information and sensitive account data.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on product changes, policy updates, and best practices in customer service.
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required for this position.
- Exceptional written communication skills, including a strong command of grammar, punctuation, and professional tone.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, specifically when reviewing complex account information and technical data.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to think critically when resolving customer issues.
