ellow Talent Marketplaces Pvt is looking for a Senior Java Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team and drive the technical evolution of our enterprise-level products. In this role, you will be a key contributor to our engineering culture, taking ownership of complex features from initial design through to global deployment. As an experienced developer, you will work in a fully remote environment, collaborating with international stakeholders to build scalable, high-availability systems that meet the needs of our expanding client base. Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Developer, your primary focus will be the architecture and delivery of robust microservices and interactive user interfaces. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Architect, develop, and maintain high-performance microservices utilizing the Spring Boot framework, JPA, and Hibernate to ensure data integrity and system reliability.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs that serve as the backbone for our web applications, following strict documentation standards provided by our Product Management and UX/UI design teams.
- Develop and integrate responsive frontend components using Angular, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS, ensuring a seamless data interchange via JSON.
- Leverage advanced data and messaging technologies such as Kafka, Elasticsearch, and Redis to optimize system performance and real-time processing capabilities.
- Oversee the containerization and orchestration of applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and the OpenShift Container Platform to maintain a scalable infrastructure.
- Collaborate closely with Quality Assurance and DevOps engineers to streamline CI/CD pipelines and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software updates.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and technical demos to maintain team alignment.
- Provide technical leadership through comprehensive code reviews, sharing best practices, and mentoring junior engineers to solve complex architectural challenges.
The ideal candidate will possess a blend of deep technical expertise and strong leadership qualities. To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of professional experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of professional industry experience as a software engineer, with a proven track record of building and scaling enterprise-grade products.
- Advanced proficiency in Java and the Spring ecosystem, including Spring Boot, Data, and Security.
- Extensive experience with modern frontend development, specifically using Angular and associated web technologies like HTML5 and CSS3.
- Strong command of containerization and orchestration tools, including Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS, although familiarity with Azure or Google Cloud Platform is highly valued.
- Proven expertise in managing distributed systems with Kafka, Elasticsearch, and Redis.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD methodologies and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, Bitbucket, and Artifactory.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead small engineering teams and a passion for staying updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.
