About the Role

Lingraphica is a mission-driven organization dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with aphasia and other speech and language impairments through innovative augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) technology. As an Educational Programs Administrator (EPA), you will serve as a vital operational anchor, managing the complex logistics and administrative workflows that allow our clinical education team to thrive. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional who excels in a fast-paced, remote environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to healthcare providers and consumers alike.

In this position, you will act as the primary coordinator for training demonstrations and university-level webinars, ensuring that every touchpoint in the educational journey is seamless. From handling inbound leads and scheduling high-stakes product demonstrations to coordinating the precision shipment of loaner devices, your work directly enables Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and families to access life-changing technology. You will join a goal-oriented team where your ability to multitask and triage diverse requests will contribute to measurable improvements in communication outcomes for the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage high-touch engagement across multiple platforms, including inbound/outbound calls, email, and online scheduling, to support Educational Programs.
  • Coordinate and schedule Speech-Language Pathologists for device demonstrations, webinars, and clinical in-services.
  • Oversee the logistics of the loaner device program, ensuring equipment arrives on time for hands-on training and is promptly recalled upon completion.
  • Schedule and confirm Communication Coaching sessions for consumers, maintaining a high level of empathy and professionalism.
  • Monitor program calendars and proactively manage cancellations by rescheduling activities to maintain team efficiency.
  • Triage customer inquiries and technical issues, directing them to the appropriate internal departments for rapid resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records within the CRM, including creating external SLP accounts and performing university-specific tracking procedures.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Educators on specialized projects and provide administrative support for large-scale educational events.
  • Execute proactive follow-ups with assigned leads to increase participation and engagement in Lingraphica’s various educational offerings.

Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in customer service, sales operations, marketing, or healthcare administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, with a strong willingness to master new internal software systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on providing a premium customer experience.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, along with communication tools like RingCentral and OneDrive, is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry, particularly Durable Medical Equipment (DME), is a significant plus.
  • Self-motivated mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Benefits
  • Competitive annual salary range of $50,000 - $55,000 based on experience and skills.
  • Fully remote work environment with a standard Monday – Friday schedule (8:30 am – 4:30 pm across all US time zones).
  • Comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health, wealth, and well-being.
  • Opportunities for professional growth within a leading AAC technology company.
  • Inclusive company culture with a commitment to fair and transparent compensation practices.
  • Bi-annual travel for in-person team meetings and all-company retreats to foster connection and collaboration.
